It's intense aromatherapy transports us back to a little neighborhood in Honolulu living next to a house of monks that grew fruit trees. Time was well spent as we sat sipping tropical green iced tea. A pacific delight with light liquor, soft end notes of fruit and a lingering finish. Quite nice over ice.

Ingredients: Japanese green tea, pineapple papaya and blue cornflower.
Directions: Heat 6-8 oz of fresh water (175ºF preferred) over 1/2 -1 teaspoon of tea. Steep 2-3 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
Caffeine: Yes. If you are sensitive or have an allergy to caffeine, our suggestion is to skip tea and drink herbal infusions or rooibos.
