From Anhui Province, China. A very rare hand-crafted tea. The "yellow" refers to pale, straw-colored liquor. Its sword shaped leaves are made from downy buds with 1 or 2 leaves. The aroma is clean, like fresh hay. Floral notes lingering sweetness at the finish make this a tea you must include in your tea stash.

Ingredients: Organic Yellow Tea
Directions: Heat 6-8 oz of fresh water (175ºF preferred) over a heaping 1/2-1 teaspoons of tea. Steep 2-4 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
