This blend was recently reformatted and renamed. It’s was the favorite of our owner’s late father, Joe, a Vietnam Veteran. He was an avid coffee drinker – except for our Earl Grey Creme. He and Lauren (his granddaughter and the Chief Leafs niece) often sat talking and drinking this exact blend. As it turns out, it’s now Lauren’s favorite Earl Grey too. The legacy continues…
If you love Earl Grey, you'll find this twist on the classic a delightful treat. Strong notes of vanilla marry perfectly with oil of bergamot and give this blend a creamy finish.

Ingredients: Black tea blend, oil of bergamot and vanilla bean, blue cornflowers
Directions: Heat 6 -8 oz. fresh water (212ºF preferred) over 1/2 -1 teaspoon of tea. Steep 2-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
Caffeine: Yes. If you are sensitive or have an allergy to caffeine, our suggestion is to skip tea and drink herbal infusions or rooibos.
