It’s back! Hand-crafted from a small privately owned organic garden high in the mountains of Sri Lanka, this beauty is in a league of it own. Fair trade, organic and ozone friendly this TGOP (Tippy Golden Orange Pekoe) is a slightly long, wiry and delicate leaf yielding a coppery liquid color in the cup. Medium body with very strong upfront yet lingering notes of honey and flowers. Crisp. Divine.

Ingredients: Organic black tea from Sri Lanka
Directions: Pour 6 oz. simmering water (195-200ºF preferred) over 1/2 -1 teaspoon of tea. Steep 2-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
