I want to try new things and put myself out there and take some risks.

From Anhui Province, China. A very rare hand-crafted tea. The "yellow" refers to pale, straw-colored liquor. Its sword shaped leaves are made from downy buds with 1 or 2 leaves. The aroma is clean, like fresh hay. Floral notes lingering sweetness at the finish make this a tea you must include in your tea stash.

A rare find! Similar to the Ceylon TGOP only this has the addition of dried tea flowers (camellia sinensis). Like the TGOP without flowers this is hand-crafted on a small privately owned organic garden high in the mountains of Sri Lanka. Fair trade, organic and ozone friendly this TGOP (Tippy Golden Orange Pekoe) is a slightly long, wiry and delicate leaf yielding a coppery liquid color in the cup. Medium to full body with lingering notes of flowers, honey, citrus, honeysuckle and mango. Grab it while you can. Very Limited Quantities.
One of China's most famous green teas. Dragonwell or Longjing or Lung Ching as its often called, is harvested pre Qing Ming. It's recognizeable by its flat, smooth, sword-like shaped leaves; its distinct fragrance and mellow, sweet, nutty flavor. We like to brew in a glass infuser to watch the leaves dance around in the water and yield a beautiful yellow-green liquor that can be steeped many times. If you haven't tried this green tea, you are missing out on a real treat.
Available in 2oz size only.
A soothing herbal tisane made from premium quality chamomile flowers with an apple-like aroma. You can't go wrong with this herb to help aid digestion, ease a belly-ache or just help to unwind from a stressful day. A classic.
This was our very first blend and it holds a special place in our compassionate hearts reminding us to take it easy on ourselves and others. In 2011 we had the great privilege of presenting this as a gift for His Holiness The Dalai Lama at the Kalachakra in Washington DC. The overwhelming fragrance of fruit transports us back to a time living in Hawaii when life was filled with sunshine, rainbows and tropical blue water. Enjoy this blend brewed hot or pour over ice.
As the owners niece Lauren used to say, "This is deeelish!" So true. Another favorite flavored black tea–this one with apricots–is fruity, luscious and smooth. Another beautiful hot brew but marvelous over ice.
