This delightful, refreshing tea is a gift from the Arab World and is not only served at mealtime, but throughout the day. The combination of heat from the gunpowder and cool from the mint leaves creates an epicurean treat for your taste buds. Traditionally, made with lots and lots and lots of sugar, we prefer to drink this without embellishments since the mint leaves leave a lingering sweetness on the palate. A beauty brewed hot but a stratospheric iced tea. We sell gallons of this brew all summer long at our local farmers markets.
